If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book gave me the knowledge, that there is a part of the mind which is not under the control of myself, but the other way round and that most problems stem right from there. However I learnt that something can be done about it to remove those sources, causing all that trouble in life.
